– Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

– Items that are personalized or customized.
– Gift cards.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

– Contact our customer support team at support@palacepals.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
– Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
– Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number.

4. Return Shipping:

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

5. Inspection and Approval:

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
– Approved returns will be processed for a refund.

6. Refunds:

– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
– Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges:

– We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
